One address, for corrections and suggestions. We read everything and reply to most of it.
The quickest way to reach the editors is by email:
What to write about
- Corrections. If an entry describes something that has changed — a closure, a refurbishment, a facility that no longer exists — tell us what and, if you can, where you saw it. We update the page and note nothing further; there is no comments section to argue in.
- Hotel suggestions. If you know a hotel that genuinely belongs in one of the four categories, send the name and a sentence on why. We are more interested in why it is unusual than in how nice it was.
- New categories. Occasionally someone proposes a fifth category. We are slow about this, but the good arguments are always welcome.
What we cannot help with
We do not take bookings, hold reservations, check availability, quote prices or intervene in a dispute with a hotel. We have no access to any property's systems and no relationship with their reservations teams. For anything involving an actual stay — a booking, a change, a refund — you need the hotel or the platform you booked through.
We also do not accept paid placement. Offers to buy an entry, a link or a mention are declined without reply.
Response times
This is a small editorial project rather than a company with a support desk. Corrections are usually handled within a few days; everything else may take longer.
